Rikkasoft is a software brand of PROWERK s.r.o., run by its two founders from Bratislava. We design, build, ship and support everything ourselves.
Why we started
We kept running into software people tolerate rather than like: corporate training everyone clicks through, and translation apps that flatten the way two people talk to each other.
We started Rikkasoft to pick those fights one product at a time. We stay small on purpose. Two people can hold an entire product in their heads, and you can feel that coherence when you use one.
How we operate
Rikkasoft runs as a brand of PROWERK s.r.o. in Bratislava while the products find their footing. Once revenue justifies it, Rikkasoft becomes its own company — same team, same products, no disruption for customers.
Being EU-based sets our defaults: EU data residency, GDPR compliance and euro pricing come standard with everything we ship.
Two founders, no layers
Two Slovak engineers. One builds the products, the other builds the business.
Martin Janus
Founder & CTO
Both products started as Martin's ideas, and he carried each one from first sketch to production single-handedly. He comes from engineering, still writes the code, and owns the product direction for everything Rikkasoft ships.
Tomáš Schottert
Co-Founder & CEO
Tomáš joined once the products were live and runs the company as CEO: finances, clients and partnerships. He shares Martin's engineering background, so operations and product speak the same language.

Our own products
We don't do client work. Everything we build is our own, so we live with every decision and fix what we get wrong.
Opinionated software
Quizzolingo bets that competition beats compliance videos. Rakkan bets that context beats word-for-word translation. Each product has one strong idea and everything serves it.
Sustainable pace
We charge fair prices in euros, keep our costs low, and plan in years rather than quarters.
